Medical Insurance<\/strong><\/h2>\n

If you are enrolled in the University\u2019s insurance plan through Aetna, your insurance will end August 14.<\/p>\n

Students graduating in August who will not be registered as a BU student for the following Fall term may email insmed@bu.edu<\/a> to request gap student health insurance coverage effective August 15 through August 31 (17 days) at additional cost. Contact insmed@bu.edu<\/a> before August 1<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Disability Insurance After Graduation<\/strong><\/h2>\n

(DMD and Advanced Standing students only)<\/p>\n

All registered pre-doctoral students are automatically enrolled in a disability insurance plan through the University. Graduating students who are interested in continuing coverage should contact InsMed Insurance Agency, Inc. via their website<\/a> <\/a>or phone at\u00a0800-214-7039.<\/p>\n
