Pre-Matriculation Health Requirements<\/h3>
\n

All incoming pre-doctoral students and post-doctoral residents must provide certain health history information before arriving on campus.<\/p>\n

Massachusetts law requires that you have certain immunizations before coming to school.<\/p>\n

Please review the\u00a0<\/span>Health Requirement Guide<\/span><\/a>\u00a0in detail.\u00a0 This guide is designed to walk you through all the necessary steps to submit the required information before you arrive on campus.<\/span><\/p>\n

Please do not contact Admissions or Student Affairs regarding your medical records or send them any health history or\u00a0<\/b><\/i><\/span>immunization<\/b><\/span><\/i>\u00a0forms.\u00a0 These offices are not allowed to see your protected health information and they do not have access to your student medical record.<\/b><\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

A Guide to Graduate Student Health Insurance<\/a>: BU Graduate Education has a series of videos that provide an overview to the Boston University Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) on their website.<\/p>\n
