Pre-Matriculation Health Requirements

All incoming pre-doctoral students and post-doctoral residents must provide certain health history information before arriving on campus.  Massachusetts law requires that you have certain immunizations before coming to school.

Please review the Health Requirement Guide in detail.  This guide is designed to walk you through all the necessary steps to submit the required information before you arrive on campus.

Please do not contact Admissions or Student Affairs regarding your medical records or send them any health history or immunization forms.  These offices are not allowed to see your protected health information and they do not have access to your student medical record.

  1. Log into Patient Connect (using your BU login and Kerberos password)
  2. Once in Patient Connect, choose the “Messages” option on the left-hand side of the screen
  3. Choose “New Message” and select the option that is most suitable for your request
