Sign Out Dates & Diploma/Certificate Information

GSDM sign out deadlines subject to change. Students will receive detailed instructions prior to sign out.

April 3 – Graduation	DMD sign out process begins. Complete all required signatures to receive a May 21, 2023 diploma (this is your graduation date).
July 1 – August 11, 2023	Complete all required signatures to receive an August 25, 2023 diploma (this is your graduation date).
August 14, 2023	Students who have not completed sign out are enrolled for the Fall 2023 semester and assessed tuition and fees.
December 15, 2023	Complete all required signatures to receive a January 12, 2024 diploma.

July 6, 2023	Two-year DMD AS sign out process begins
July 26, 2023	First date that students may complete sign out and request final signature from the Office of the Registrar.
August 11, 2023	Deadline to complete all required signatures to receive an August 25, 2023 diploma (this is your graduation date).
August 14, 2023	Students who have not completed sign out are enrolled for the Fall 2023 semester and assessed tuition and fees.
December 15, 2023	Complete all required signatures to receive a January 12, 2024 diploma.

Late June	Postdoctoral sign out process begins.
June – August 11, 2023	Complete all required signatures to receive an August 25, 2023 diploma/certificate (this is your graduation date).
August 14, 2023	Students who have not completed sign out are enrolled for the Fall 2023 semester and assessed tuition and fees
December 15, 2023	Complete all required signatures to receive a January 12, 2024, diploma/certificate.
