The\u00a0hand\u00a0that\u00a0is moving inside\u00a0symbolizes the\u00a0person with\u00a0autism\u2019s\u00a0inclination\u00a0to\u00a0retreat within her\/his own self, and the cupped hand represents his\/her world.\u00a0The sign also represents \u201cinclusion and involvement\u201d which serves as a\u00a0reminder of how vital it is to give\/receive love and attention, essential to the\u00a0human spirit.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you are dealing with deafness and autism, you are not alone!
