The series is moderated by Pramay Jain, QST \u201928.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>On November 19, 2025 we spoke with Professor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/questrom\/profiles\/anita-carson\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Anita Carson<\/strong><\/a>, the Larz Anderson Professor of Management and Operations &amp; Technology Management. Her research explores how organizations can improve operational performance by learning from the challenges employees encounter on the front lines\u2014especially in complex settings like healthcare.
