She enjoys collaborating with people in individual, couples, and group therapy. Clients have described Lauren as warm, intuitive, perceptive, and easy to open up to. Lauren considers therapy an opportunity to create a new relationship with clients that supports them in their relationships outside of therapy. She works to understand clients\u2019 cultural backgrounds and social locations since she considers these to be closely tied to mental health.
