Religious leaders play pivotal roles in facilitating the spiritual and mental health of our communities. The Danielsen Institute has a long history of caring for the formation and well-being of religious leaders, recognizing the important but stressful vocational roles. We are currently drawing on our Relational Spirituality Model to study several areas related to the formation and well-being of religions leaders with several projects underway:
- Humility, narcissism, and well-being among religious leaders.
- Prevalence and dynamics of trauma among religious leaders.
- Relational spirituality and the formation of religious leaders.
- Couple dynamics among religious leaders.
