Pardee School of Global Studies. Before joining Boston University, he taught at the City University of New York and Columbia University. He holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Columbia University.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>His research interests span the political and moral psychology of war, international law, and international ethics.
