He is co-editor of the <i>Atlas of Global <\/i><i>Christianity<\/i> (Edinburgh University Press) and co-author of the <i>World Christian Encyclopedia <\/i>(Oxford University Press, 2nd ed.) and <i>World Christian Trends <\/i>(William Carey Library).
