Arlene Brennan, Assistant Director, joined CURA in 2013. Her primary responsibilities at the Institute include the management and administration of the budget, which is made up of funding from Boston University and a variety of foundation and government grants for the Institute’s ongoing research, conferences, and speaking engagements. She is charged with the coordination and marketing of all events, and serves as university liaison to CURA’s international visiting scholars.
Ms. Brennan comes to CURA with nine years of experience in international higher education administration in various capacities including as Assistant Director at a Boston College international professional development institute with funding from the US Department of State, with program management experience coordinating off-shore courses for MBA students at Babson College, and she served as an advisor and social coordinator at the EF International Language School in Boston. Ms. Brennan earned her Masters of the Arts in Applied Developmental and Education Psychology at Boston College in 2010, and her Bachelors at the State University of New York at Geneseo in International Relations and French in 2004.
