Elif Uras’ practice spans ceramics, drawing and painting. She holds an MFA from Columbia University, a BFA from the School of Visual Arts, a BA from Brown University, and a JD degree from Columbia University School of Law. She has exhibited nationally and internationally, including the Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum, MoMA PS1, and the 9th Shanghai Biennale and is represented in numerous public and private collections including the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Victoria and Albert Museum. She lives and works in New York and Istanbul.
