The course is designed for research scientists working with or planning to work with human iPSC culture who have prior experience in general cell culture techniques. The lectures contained in these videos comprise the didactic portion of the course and cover topics ranging from general iPSC culture and characterization to specialized material directed at gene editing of iPSCs and lung directed differentiation protocols.
