She serves as one of the PIs of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bumc.bu.edu\/fhs-bap\/\">Framingham Heart Study &#8211; Brain Aging Program<\/a> and is also the Director of Neuropsychology. She is also Director of Global Cohort Development for the Davos Alzheimer\u2019s Collaborative.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Background<\/strong><br \/>\nRhoda Au, Ph.D., does research on cognitive aging and dementia has recently centered on using technologies to develop a multi-sensory brain health monitoring platform that is customizable, flexibly responsive to the rapidly changing technology landscape, technology agnostic, and scalable to achieve global representativeness in AD-related research. Her strategic research plan is to transition from reliance on active engagement technologies to low\/no engagement ones to practically allow longitudinal assessments that are necessary to move from a primary focus on precision AD medicine to a broader emphasis on precision brain health.
