He has worn many hats over his 16 years at GP on the engineering side of the house from SQL developer to system administrator to architect.<\/p>\n<p>His focus is research and development of new technologies in the talent management space with a focus on integration and architecture. Currently this focus is on the SAP suite of HCM products.
