He has taught and facilitated courses in statistics, web mining, and analytics. Dr. Joner\u2019s research areas involve statistical applications in manufacturing and consumer understanding. His work includes control charts and detection of rare events, ensuring adequate process performance in meeting customer and regulatory specifications, and translating consumer needs into objective measurements.
