The ideal candidate <\/span><span>will work closely with cross functional teams and collaborate with engineers to develop standard architecture for <\/span><span>multiple business units.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The Rails Developer should also possess ability to succeed with team and zest to take leadership on key development <\/span><span>initiatives.
