The course covers multiple frameworks\u2014including Scrum, Extreme Programming (XP), the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and Lean\u2014and incorporates agile games and simulations to reinforce key concepts. Students gain practical experience with agile tools and techniques across the software development lifecycle, from ideation to deployment. Emphasis is placed on building and leading agile teams, defining roles and responsibilities, fostering effective communication, managing change, and applying Lean principles to maximize value and reduce waste.
