This ambitious two-year program brings together colleges and universities across the country to engage in a rigorous process of self-assessment and targeted organizational change that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Supports survivors<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Prevents sexual violence<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Communicates that violence is unacceptable<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>What is the Culture of Respect Collective?<\/h3>\n<p>The Collective uses an expert-developed <strong>public health framework<\/strong> to help institutions holistically review their policies, practices, and campus culture. It provides the tools and structure needed to engage all stakeholders\u2014students, faculty, staff, and leadership\u2014in meaningful, sustained efforts to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct.<\/p>\n<h3>CSAHP&#8217;s Commitment<\/h3>\n<p>CSAHP will serve as the <strong>Campus Leadership Team (CTL)<\/strong>. This team will include individuals from across the university who bring diverse perspectives and expertise. The CTL will guide and implement innovative, inclusive, and evidence-based strategies to address sexual misconduct on campus.Participation involves a commitment to monthly meetings and active engagement throughout the two-year program.<\/p>\n<h3>Benefits of Joining the Collective<\/h3>\n<p>By participating in the Culture of Respect Collective, BU gains access to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>CORE Evaluation<\/strong>: A comprehensive assessment of BU\u2019s current culture and practices.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Customized Reports<\/strong>: Two detailed reports with quantitative scores and qualitative feedback to guide improvement.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Action Plan Support<\/strong>: Expert assistance in developing and implementing a tailored Individualized Implementation Plan.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Institutional Access<\/strong>: Full access to Culture of Respect Foundations for all BU community members.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Professional Development<\/strong>: Webinars, newsletters, and research to keep our team informed and engaged.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Networking Opportunities<\/strong>: Direct connections with peer institutions undergoing the same process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CSAHP is proud to announce its acceptance into Cohort 9 of the Culture of Respect Collective, a signature initiative of NASPA \u2013 Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education.
