Our Current Work
CSAHP is proud to announce its acceptance into Cohort 9 of the Culture of Respect Collective, a signature initiative of NASPA – Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education. This ambitious two-year program brings together colleges and universities across the country to engage in a rigorous process of self-assessment and targeted organizational change that:
- Supports survivors
- Prevents sexual violence
- Communicates that violence is unacceptable
What is the Culture of Respect Collective?
The Collective uses an expert-developed public health framework to help institutions holistically review their policies, practices, and campus culture. It provides the tools and structure needed to engage all stakeholders—students, faculty, staff, and leadership—in meaningful, sustained efforts to prevent and respond to sexual misconduct.
CSAHP’s Commitment
CSAHP will serve as the Campus Leadership Team (CTL). This team will include individuals from across the university who bring diverse perspectives and expertise. The CTL will guide and implement innovative, inclusive, and evidence-based strategies to address sexual misconduct on campus.Participation involves a commitment to monthly meetings and active engagement throughout the two-year program.
