She received her Ph.D. in the<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mae.cuhk.edu.hk\/\">Department of Mechanical and Automation Engineering<\/a>,<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cuhk.edu.hk\/english\/index.html\">The Chinese University of Hong Kong<\/a>, under the supervision of<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/homepage.tudelft.nl\/h05k3\/\">Prof. Charlie C.L. Wang<\/a>. She obtained her M.S. in Mechatronics Engineering from<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/en.hit.edu.cn\/\">Harbin Institute of Technology<\/a>, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/english.swjtu.edu.cn\/public\/default.aspx\">Southwest Jiaotong University<\/a>. From 2009 to 2012, she was an associate researcher at<span>\u00a0<\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/english.siat.cas.cn\/\">Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences<\/a>.<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Xiaoting&#8217;s research is concerned with 3D fabrication, computer-aided design and computational geometry.
