She was previously a member of the Systems group as a Postdoctoral Fellow at ETH Z\u00fcrich to work on <a href=\"http:\/\/strymon.systems.ethz.ch\">Strymon<\/a>, a system for predictive datacenter analytics. Vasiliki completed her PhD at the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kth.se\">Royal Institute of Technology<\/a>, Stockholm, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/uclouvain.be\/index.html\">Catholic University of Louvain<\/a>, Belgium, where she was an EMJD-DC fellow.<\/p>\n<p>Vasiliki&#8217;s research interests include distributed data processing, streaming computation, and large-scale graph analysis. She is a committer and PMC member of <a href=\"https:\/\/flink.apache.org\">Apache Flink<\/a> and co-author of the <a href=\"http:\/\/shop.oreilly.com\/product\/0636920057321.do\"><em>Stream Processing with Apache Flink<\/em><\/a> book. Vasiliki also holds degrees from the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ntua.gr\/en\/\">National Technical University of Athens<\/a> (2010) and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.upc.edu\/en\">Polytechnic University of Catalonia<\/a> (2012)<\/p>\n<h3>Recent Publications<\/h3>\n<p>V.
