We schedule up to two weeks in advance, so if you cannot find any appointments, please check back in the next day or two, as more show up.<\/li>\n<li>Once you\u2019ve selected a time and mode, click \u2018<b>Schedule<\/b>.\u2019<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul><\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Reminders:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment and make sure to check-in at the front desk if your appointment is in person.<\/strong> If you arrive late for your appointment by 10 minutes or more, you will be considered a no-show and it will be necessary for you to reschedule your appointment.<\/li>\n<li><strong>You cannot cancel your appointment within 18-hours of the scheduled time. <\/strong>If you need to cancel within this time frame, please send a message to the advisor via email, s<span style=\"font-size: medium;\">o we are able to <\/span>reallocate<span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> the time slot to another student.\u00a0<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">To cancel your appointment, go to the appointments page, click on the appointment you wish to cancel, then click the red cancel button.
