Computer science students are encouraged to attend office hours and explore the resources below to enrich and strengthen their learning.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Educational Resource Center<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/erc\/programs\/support\/#what-to-expect\"><b>Academic Coaching<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> where you can meet one-on-one with a professional staff member to hone your time management and study strategies, note taking and test taking skills<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/erc\/programs\/tutoring\/\"><b>Peer Tutoring<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> program supports students in a number of 100- and 200-level courses from across BU\u2019s campus. The ERC\u2019s Peer Tutors are experienced undergraduate students who are here to help and encourage you as you make the transition to academic life at BU.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/erc\/programs\/writing\/\"><b>Writing Assistance<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> can assist you with all stages of the writing process, from brainstorming and outlining, to formatting citations and revising your argument. Even better, Writing Assistance will remain available to you after you graduate to help with personal statements, graduate school applications, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/erc\/workshops\/\"><b>Workshops<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: can help you become more successful by helping you better manage your time, perform better on different test formats, and improve your study habits.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Department or Course-Specific Tutoring<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/academics\/eng\/academic-and-student-resources\/undergraduate-academic-and-student-resources\/tutoring\/\"><b>ENG Tutoring Center<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: The College of Engineering tutoring center is open to all undergraduate students enrolled in ENG courses.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/math\/tutoringroom\/\"><b>Mathematics Tutoring Room<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Department of Mathematics and Statistics Tutoring Room is a drop-in center where any student can get help with any mathematics or statistics course. It is located in CDS 261 and is typically staffed with graduate students during regular business hours.
