We celebrate and foster diversity across many aspects of our community, including race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, socioeconomic class, disability, religion, citizenship status, and country of origin. We are committed to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Integrating our DEI initiatives into our practices including:\n<ul>\n<li>Recruitment<\/li>\n<li>Retention<\/li>\n<li>Curriculum<\/li>\n<li>Academic Programming<\/li>\n<li>Professional Development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Fostering a more inclusive experience through consistent and transparent community engagement and feedback<\/li>\n<li>Publicly tracking the success of our DEI initiatives with climate surveys and by posting key metrics on our website<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Our efforts will be cultivated by a DEI Committee composed of students, faculty, and staff.
