Academic Programs Manager
Gisele Farrell is the Academic Program Manager in the Department of Computer Arts & Science. She oversees CAS Advisors, all academic programs, instructional support budgets, and enrollment management etc. within the Department. She also manages Learning Outcomes Assessments, bulletin editing cycles, and commencement planning. With over 30 years of robust experience in administration, budgeting, healthcare, and academia, Gisele brings strong organizational and leadership skills to her role. She holds an M.Ed. in Education from Cambridge College and has completed two years of a PhD program in the Learning and Innovation Program, which she plans to finish. She also has a bachelor’s degree in human services. Gisele is passionate about helping people become the best version of themselves.
Proud of her Caribbean background, Gisele enjoys native foods.
Outside of work, Gisele is an introvert who enjoys intimate conversations, NDE podcasts, and mystery novels. She values integrity and finds her daughters to be her biggest teachers. Playing with her three dogs brings her peace. Her favorite color is green, and she believes a touch of greenery can brighten any situation.
