Installation of the carpet and ceiling will continue in the tower. Painting of the stairs and walls will continue throughout. Roofing and green terrace materials will continue to be installed.<\/li>\n<li>On the exterior of the building, the installation of landscape site features, sidewalks, and the final details continue on the underside of the soffits.<\/li>\n<li>Workstation deliveries for the 9th and 10th-floor offices will continue during the 2nd shift (3 pm-11 pm). Large trucks will occupy space along Granby Street during deliveries.<\/li>\n<li>On Sunday, crews will return to the site to continue the installation of elements of Stair D and Stair F, emergency electrical systems, and general clean-up.<\/li>\n<li>Deliveries for miscellaneous materials will also occur throughout the day.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<figure id=\"attachment24391\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment24391\" style=\"width: 487px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/cpo\/files\/2022\/09\/Installation-of-stone-fac\u0327ade-material-477x636.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24391 size-medium\" width=\"477\" height=\"636\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/cpo\/files\/2022\/09\/Installation-of-stone-fac\u0327ade-material-477x636.jpeg 477w, https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/cpo\/files\/2022\/09\/Installation-of-stone-fac\u0327ade-material-768x1024.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/cpo\/files\/2022\/09\/Installation-of-stone-fac\u0327ade-material-1152x1536.jpeg 1152w, https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/cpo\/files\/2022\/09\/Installation-of-stone-fac\u0327ade-material-1536x2048.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/cpo\/files\/2022\/09\/Installation-of-stone-fac\u0327ade-material-scaled.jpeg 1920w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 477px) 100vw, 477px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment24391\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Installation of stone facade.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center;\">During the week of October 3rd<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Crews continue installing wall, ceiling, and floor finishes for the communicating stair and the adjacent atrium walls.<\/li>\n<li>Installation of finishes will continue throughout, including whiteboards, corner guards, cabinetry, wood and acoustical ceilings, interior glass walls and doors, final paint, polishing concrete floors, office carpet, and plumbing fixtures.<\/li>\n<li>The elevator subcontractor will continue the installation of the finishes for the cabs of elevators 1, 2, and 3.<\/li>\n<li>Installation of green roof material and pavers continues on the 10th, 12th, 15th, and 17th-floor terraces.<\/li>\n<li>Exterior site work continues on all sides of the building. Preparations for new sidewalks continue along Commonwealth Avenue and Granby Street. The retaining wall, ramp, stair, and planter install continues at the rear of the Bay State Road brownstones. Assembly of the structural framing for the bike shelter will continue in the area between Sargent College and the building.<\/li>\n<li>Deliveries and assembly of office furniture will continue.<\/li>\n<li>The sidewalk and ramp at the rear entrance to Sargent College will be demolished and replaced.<\/li>\n<li>The project will continue utilizing a second shift, from 3 pm to 11 pm, Monday through Friday to continue interior work, accommodate off-hour deliveries, material loading, and debris removal.<\/li>\n<li>Please be aware in addition to daily deliveries, trucks with large trailers will be staged adjacent to and moving around the site.
