Ave<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2 class=\"null\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>During the week of August 23<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Erection of the building\u2019s structural steel frame will continue at the tower\u2019s 12th and 13th floors with bolting and detailing ongoing on the 8th, 9th, 10th, and 11th floors. At the podium, bolting and detailing will continue on the 4th and 5th floors. This work will continue to utilize a second shift from\u00a03 pm to 10 pm to advance the work. Several tractor-trailers delivering structural steel are expected to be arriving and departing daily from gate #1 and gate #2, located at the east and west ends of the site along Commonwealth\u00a0Avenue<\/li>\n<li>In the tower\u2019s core, installation of steel framing will continue through the 19th and 20th floors, and decking, bolting, and detailing will follow behind. A concrete placement is scheduled for the 16th, 17th, 18th, and 19th floors.<\/li>\n<li>Installation of the building\u2019s stairways will continue to follow the structural steel operation. \u201cStair A\u201d, located within the tower\u2019s core, will continue up through the 13th floor. Installation of \u201cStair B\u201d, located north of the tower\u2019s core, will continue through the 7th floor. Installation of \u201cStair C\u201d, located at the east end of the podium, will resume from the ground floor up through the 5th floor. Concrete placements of the stair treads will occur as the floors become available.<\/li>\n<li>Final detailing, setting rebar, installing wire mesh, and sleeving for MEP penetrations will occur in advance of a concrete placement for the tower\u2019s 8th and 9th floors along with the podium\u2019s 5th-floor slabs.<\/li>\n<li>Anchors for the curtain wall system will be installed at the steel beams around the permitter of the podium in advance of curtain wall panels arriving on site for installation in mid-September.<\/li>\n<li>In the tower\u2019s subbasement installation of electrical conduit, hangers, piping, and ductwork will continue along with painting of concrete block walls.<\/li>\n<li>In the lower level, crews from the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subcontractors will continue installing electrical conduit, hangers, and piping for the building systems. Framing metal stud walls and hanging drywall will continue.<\/li>\n<li>On the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors, spraying of a fireproof\u00a0coating on the steel beams and columns, will continue.
