Ironworkers setting a two-story steel column in place<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

During the weekend of June 5th<\/sup><\/h2>\n
    \n
  • On Saturday crews will be on site continuing to erect structural steel columns and beams. This work will occur in two shifts, first from 7 am to 3 pm and second from 3 pm to 10 pm.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
      \n
    • On Sunday workers will be on site working within the tower’s concrete core, preparing embed plates for the steel installation. This work will occur between 7 am and 6 pm and involve the tower crane.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      During the week of June 7th<\/sup><\/h2>\n
        \n
      • The erection of the building’s structural steel frame will continue. Inside the tower\u2019s core, the installation of steel beams and decking will continue. This work will also be occurring daily during a second shift from, 3 pm to 10 pm. Two to six tractor trailer loads are expected to arrive and depart from the site throughout the two shifts daily.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          \n
        • In the tower\u2019s subbasement, crews from the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) subcontractors will continue installing conduit, wire, hangers, and piping for their respective systems.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
            \n
          • The accessible parking and access pathway to the rear of Sargent College will be restored to its original condition.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
              \n
            • In the alley behind the Bay State Road brownstones (units #176, #178, #180, #182, and #184), trenching will begin to install piping circuit for the geothermal wells #14, #15, #16, and #17 to each other and back to the system’s manifold in the basement. Please be aware of all directional signage in the area.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                \n
              • Following completion of the geothermal work behind the Bay State Road brownstones, a drain line will be installed connecting the brownstones downspouts to the city\u2019s storm drainage system. The egress path from the rear of the brownstones will be impacted during the day while this activity takes place and will be restored to a safe and passable condition at the end of each day.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                  \n
                • The installation of \u201cStair A\u201d from the subbasement to the ground floor in the tower\u2019s core will continue. This installation will continue as the floor levels are completed and will connect from the subbasement to the 20th<\/sup> floor.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                    \n
                  • In the podium\u2019s lower level, crews will begin installing masonry walls beginning with the future Eversource room.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
                      \n
                    • Deliveries to and from the site will be occurring daily with trucks entering and exiting the designated gates.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                      • Please be aware of all directional signage, as pedestrian travel paths may be altered. We will continue to provide up-to-date information via these notifications.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
