Concrete is scheduled to be poured on the 18<sup>th<\/sup> floor mid-week. <strong>Formwork will then be jumped up to the 19<sup>th<\/sup> floor<\/strong> and rebar installation will\u00a0begin towards the end of the week.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The <strong>formwork and rebar installation for the ground floor slab in the tower will continue<\/strong> and concrete will be placed in sections as rebar installation is completed.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The <strong>installation of \u201cStair C\u201d will begin<\/strong> in the northeast corner of the podium from the lower level to the ground floor.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Waterproofing of the perimeter foundation walls will continue<\/strong> with the backfilling operation following behind.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In advance of structural steel erection beginning in early May, the <strong>installation of a concrete foundation system<\/strong> for temporary support will begin. This system will be used to support the building&#8217;s cantilevers as steel members are set in place.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Unrelated to the construction of the Center for Computing &amp; Data Sciences, Eversource will be conducting a service upgrade which will require access to a manhole located within the site fence, in the alley between Sargent College and the Bay State Road brownstones on Monday, April 26<sup>th<\/sup> at 11 pm. No disruption in service is anticipated.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Please be aware of all directional signage, as pedestrian travel paths may be altered.
