General:<\/h4>\n

The west alley entrance will remain closed over the next week as work continues in the alleyway. The building can be accessed utilizing the new ramp on the east side of the building. The center entrance along Commonwealth Avenue will open Monday morning.\u00a0Temporary signs are posted to help direct you through the first floor.<\/p>\n

Exterior:<\/h4>\n

East Fa\u00e7ade<\/b><\/p>\n

  • Limestone patching and wash down will continue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    South Fa\u00e7ade<\/b><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Masonry punch list is ongoing.<\/li>\n
    • Sidewalk repairs\/patching will begin.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      West Fa\u00e7ade<\/b><\/p>\n

        \n
      • Installation of pavers in the west alley will continue.<\/li>\n
      • Exterior signage will get underway later in the week.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        North Fa\u00e7ade<\/b><\/p>\n

          \n
        • Repairs to the window jambs will continue over the next several weeks.<\/li>\n
        • Work rebuilding the chimney will continue.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          \u00a0Archways<\/b><\/p>\n

          • Installation of window trim will be completed on the west facade.<\/li>\n
          • Installation of window trim will continue on the archways on the east facade.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
