{"id":18351,"date":"2019-08-29T15:23:32","date_gmt":"2019-08-29T19:23:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/cpo\/?p=18351"},"modified":"2023-04-12T13:42:32","modified_gmt":"2023-04-12T17:42:32","slug":"cfa-facade-envelope-and-accessibility-renovations-construction-update-8-29-19","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/cpo\/2019\/08\/29\/cfa-facade-envelope-and-accessibility-renovations-construction-update-8-29-19\/","title":{"rendered":"CFA Facade, Envelope, and Accessibility Renovations &#8211; Construction Update \u2013 8\/29\/19"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>During August 30th &#8211; September 6th:<\/h2>\n<h4>On the Ground Level<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Work will continue along Corridor B93 as well as on the rooms along the corridor on the exterior side (south).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>On the 1st Level<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>The installation of HVAC piping and ductwork will continue in Corridor 197.<\/li>\n<li>Work will continue in the Commonwealth Gallery with the installation of HVAC equipment, sprinkler work and ceiling grid.<\/li>\n<li>The elevator lobby will have ongoing work with the installation of HVAC equipment, lighting, and ceiling work.<\/li>\n<li>Work will commence in Class Lab 109 as ductwork and HVAC pipe begin installation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>On the 2nd Level<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Work will continue in the restrooms aiming for completion in the next week.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>On the 4th Level<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Demolition will continue in the restrooms with the intent to begin framing in the next few days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>As a reminder to all, please be aware of all directional signage, as pedestrian travel paths may be altered at both the interior and exterior of the building.
