Structural steel installation will progress rapidly over the next few weeks. Please be aware that there will be an increased amount of truck traffic during the morning hours next week as the steel is delivered to site. Safety continues to be a priority for the entire project team and there will be additional police details on-site next week to manage the increase in truck traffic. Please continue to follow the path identified by construction barricades and signs and be ready to take direction from police officers and project staff when necessary.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Monday (11\/2) <\/strong>\u2013 The project team will be installing structural steel. There will be 3 tractor trailer deliveries between 7 AM and 9 AM. There will be a concrete pour during the morning on the east side of the site.\u00a0 Approximately 7 concrete trucks will enter the site at the east gate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tuesday (11\/3)<\/strong> \u2013 Structural steel installation will continue. There will be 2 to 4 tractor trailer deliveries between 7 AM and 9 AM.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wednesday (11\/4)<\/strong> \u2013 Structural steel installation will continue. There will be 2 to 4 tractor trailer deliveries between 7 AM and 9 AM.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thursday (11\/5) <\/strong>\u2013 \u00a0Structural steel installation will continue. There will be 3 to 6 tractor trailer deliveries between 7 AM and 9 AM.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Friday (11\/6)<\/strong> \u2013 Structural steel installation will continue. There will be 3 to 6 tractor trailer deliveries between 7 AM and 9 AM.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/cpo\/files\/2015\/10\/10-29-pics-e1446228327559.jpg\" alt=\"CILSE steel erection\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-13785 size-full\" height=\"225\" width=\"300\" \/><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" src=\"\/cpo\/files\/2015\/10\/10-29pics-e1446228339196.jpg\" alt=\"CILSE safety measures\" class=\"alignright wp-image-13786 size-full\" height=\"225\" width=\"225\" \/><\/p>\n<p><br style=\"clear: both;\" \/>The construction team holds regularly scheduled communications meetings on the first Thursday of every month at 10:30 AM and the third Wednesday of every month at 1:00 PM.\u00a0These meetings are open to the University community and are held in the project site office at 602 Commonwealth Avenue (basement of Morse Auditorium) unless otherwise noted.
