Campus Planning & Operations\u2019 professional groundskeepers have the responsibility of<\/span> maintaining an extensive campus that reaches 1.8 miles along Commonwealth Avenue and from the Charles River south into Brookline, the Fenway Campus, and the Medical Campus in Boston\u2019s South End.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Our\u202f Masonry Shop<\/span><\/a>, with support from other trades, builds and maintains walkways, plazas, and courtyards. And the\u202f<\/span> custodial staff<\/span><\/a>\u202fstrives to keep it all free of debris and snow.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Every effort will be made during snow removal operations to keep areas free from snow and ice buildup; however, conditions can change dramatically depending on temperatures, the rate of <\/span>snowfall, and wind conditions. The use of public transportation during such times greatly helps in keeping parking lots free of vehicles and expediting the snow and ice removal process.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
