Union Court Renovation

The Union Court at George Sherman Union, last renovated in 1993, was updated to provide new floor and wall coverings, tables and chairs, and a projection video system in the back court.

Sustainability

As a final step in implementing sustainable dining at the Union Court, the renovated dining area includes expanded systems for recycling compostable items (food waste as well as compostable plates and flatware), single-stream recycling (bottles, cans, and plastic), and trash.
