Alisa Bokulich<\/b><\/p>\n

\"\"Alisa Bokulich <\/span><\/b>holds a PhD in the History & Philosophy of Science, is a Professor in the Philosophy Department at Boston University, and an Associate Member of the History of Science Department at Harvard University. She serves on the Steering Committee of the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) Section-L.\u00a0\u00a0From 2010-2023 she served as Director of BU\u2019s Center for Philosophy & History of Science.\u00a0\u00a0She co-founded & directs the Philosophy of Science Association’s Underrepresented Philosophy of Science Scholars (UPSS) Initiative & Mentoring Program. Bokulich leads a research group in the philosophy of the geosciences called\u00a0<\/span>Phi-Geo<\/span><\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0She is author of the book\u00a0Reexamining the Quantum-Classical Relation: Beyond Reductionism and Pluralism\u00a0<\/i>and is currently working on a new book on the philosophy of the geosciences, titled\u00a0Measuring the Earth and Reconstructing Deep Time: Philosophical Issues in Data, Modeling, & Uncertainty<\/i>.<\/span><\/p>\n
