His doctoral dissertation, completed during the summer of 2021 in the field of Religion and Literature, is\u00a0entitled\u00a0\u201cThe Hidden Father and the Problem of Generations in Luther, Freud, and Kafka.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">His writings have appeared in such publications as\u00a0<\/span><em><span class=\"\">Religion and the Arts<\/span><\/em><span class=\"\">,\u00a0<\/span><em><span class=\"\">Glossolalia<\/span><\/em><span class=\"\">,\u00a0<\/span><em><span class=\"\">The Encyclopedia of The Bible and Its Reception<\/span><\/em><span class=\"\">,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\"><em>Sightings<\/em><\/span><span class=\"\">,\u00a0<\/span><em><span class=\"\">The Journal of Religion<\/span><\/em><span class=\"\">,\u00a0<\/span><em><span class=\"\">Religious Studies Review<\/span><\/em><span class=\"\">, and\u00a0<\/span><em><span class=\"\">Reading Religion<\/span><\/em><span class=\"\">.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\"><\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"\"><span class=\"\">Creighton has been an\u00a0instructor at the University of Illinois-Chicago, Elmhurst College, Dartmouth College, and the University of Chicago.\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">He began teaching<\/span><span class=\"\"> in the Core in Fall 2021, and has\u00a0led courses at Boston University\u00a0through the Elie Wiesel Center for Jewish Studies, the College of General Studies,<\/span><span class=\"\">\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">the English Department,\u00a0<\/span><span class=\"\">and the Writing Program.
