Our College provides specialized in-house IT/AV support because the experience of COM students is unique. Traditional lecture classes frequently screen media and incorporate practicum sessions with video, audio and photo equipment. Our technical operations department is available in house from 8 am to 7 pm Monday through Friday during the semester.

During Summer and when classes are not in session, our staff is available from 9 am to 5 pm. 

There is no tech support on weekends. If a technical problem is encountered, please email comhelp@bu.edu and a staff member will look into the issue on the following business day.

Please remember that the sound effects and music provided through these pathways is only for use in course-related, non-commercial work. For any other uses, you will need to secure your own licenses.
