East is a fully customizable space. After completing a general safety training offered by our Studio Staff members, students are welcome to design custom lighting schemes and build sets. No fewer than two people can be working in East at any given time.
Lights, especially those with incandescent bulbs, can grow hot very quickly. Always use gloves when handling lighting equipment directly, and have a spotter available when hanging anything from the grid.
Emergency information is displayed by each exit and includes emergency contact information and procedures for students to easily reference.
