In every conversation, my goal is to help students and alumni understand their current position and chart a path toward their desired goals by providing tailored strategies and resources.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, I collaborate with the Career Services Team and stakeholders&nbsp;to design career development programs and workshops that aim to help students increase confidence surrounding key career topics.<br><br><strong>Hometown:<\/strong>&nbsp;Rochester, NY<br><br><strong>First Job<\/strong>: Ice Cream Maker and Scooper, Pittsford Farms Dairy &amp; Bakery<br><br><strong>Advice to Students<\/strong>: It is never too early to network with others!&nbsp;Networking builds a wide web of connections including peers, faculty, staff, alum, employers, etc. who can support you on your career journey.&nbsp;You do not need a polished experience or the perfect resume to reach out to an alum or professional in a role or field of interest; many people are open to sharing their experiences to students who reach out!
