COM can feel the same way, as the University\u2019s third-largest undergraduate college . Yet within this vast community, we can all find smaller communities and opportunities that suit us best \u2013 creating the best of both worlds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are connecting members of the broader COM community. We piloted a one-to-one student-mentoring program with 84 alumni and grew alumni and student participation on the BU Connects social platform by 60%. We regularly host on-campus and online career preparedness workshops for students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are bringing faculty and staff closer, with the launch of our first intranet to share in-house news, events, and resources. COM is holding<strong> <\/strong>organization-wide strategy retreats more conversational \u201ctown halls\u201d among staff and faculty. We recognize achievement through the dean&#8217;s Dean\u2019s Award for Alumni Innovation and Engagement, selected by the dean&#8217;s Advisory Board.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"featured-content-card
