COM Mentors is a virtual mentoring program for alumni and students to connect. The program is led by COM Career Services. Students and alumni are matched and participate in the program for one semester.<\/p>\n

Eligibility: Juniors, Seniors and Graduate Students<\/p>\n
Commitment: 1-2 hours per month (split up into 4 meetings total)<\/p>\n
Duration: 1 semester (3-4 months)<\/p>\n
Support: Resources and guides provided for mentors including a list of suggested questions for mentors and mentees to ask one another during each of the four meetings.<\/p>\n
