Acclaimed writer and executive producer Stacy Traub will join the College of Communication this spring as the college\u2019s second Writer-in-Residence.<\/p>\n
Traub brings to COM her deep expertise and decades of experience in the film and television industry. Her portfolio of work includes hit broadcast and streaming shows, such as \u201cMad About You,\u201d \u201cNotes from the Underbelly,\u201d \u201cGlee,\u201d \u201cBlack-ish,\u201d and \u201cDaisy Jones & The Six.\u201d She has been nominated for two Emmys for \u201cDaisy\u201d and \u201cBlack-ish\u201d as an executive producer.<\/p>\n
During her residency from March 25 to 29, Traub will deliver lectures on writing for television in COM writing classes and host a \u201cWriters\u2019 Room\u201d workshop. She also will be available to speak to and work with students in classes.<\/p>\n
