Josh Safdie will screen his debut feature film, &ldquo;The Pleasure of Being Robbed,&rdquo; which is the only U.S. feature being screened during the Directors&rsquo; Fortnight. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.indiewire.com\/biz\/2008\/05\/cannes_08_biz_d_1.html\">IFC Films has purchased the U.S. rights to the film<\/a>, which made its world premiere at the SXSW Film Festival in Austin, Texas, in March 2008.<\/p>\n<p>Benny Safdie&rsquo;s 13-minute short film, &ldquo;The Acquaintances of a Lonely John,&rdquo; will also be screened at Cannes.
