The study concludes that while national tobacco prevention and cessation campaigns are effectively reaching youth at high risk for tobacco use, significant gaps remain. The findings suggest that younger, Hispanic, and lower-socioeconomic status youth remain under-reached, highlighting a critical need for more equitable public health communication strategies to ensure these disproportionately impacted groups are not left behind.
