Researchers who wish to deposit (“Providers”) or screen (“Recipients”) compounds in our Chemical Library Consortium\u00a0must sign our three-way Material Transfer Agreement allowing for the intake and redistribution of small molecule libraries by the BU-CMD.\u00a0BU will not accept any changes or modifications to the Agreements.<\/span><\/p>\n

Providers<\/h1>\n

Compound Providers must:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Sign the P<\/span>rovider T<\/span>ransfer A<\/span>greement (PTA) allowing for transfer of compounds to Boston University<\/li>\n
  2. Sign the S<\/span>tandard P<\/span>rovider M<\/span>aterial T<\/span>ransfer A<\/span>greement Between Provider and Recipient (SPMTA), allowing for the redistribution of the compounds to our various screening recipients. The partially executed agreement will be held at BU, and each time a new Screening Recipient\u00a0joins our Chemical Library Consortium, Providers will be emailed a copy of the associated fully executed SPMTA.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. Sign the B<\/span>oston U<\/span>niversity-R<\/span>ecipient T<\/span>ransfer A<\/span>greement (BURTA), allowing the transfer of materials from Boston University to the Recipient.<\/li>\n
    2. Sign one\u00a0S<\/span>tandard P<\/span>rovider M<\/span>aterial T<\/span>ransfer A<\/span>greement Between Provider and Recipient (SPMTA) for each Provider who has contributed compounds to the screening collection.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
