Late requests will be accommodated based on staff and equipment availability.<\/li>\n<li>A brief description of the meeting requirements, e.g. Internet access (wireless, Ethernet, guest login for wireless), PowerPoint\/Keynote, video projection, audio recording, video, audio, or desktop conferencing.<\/li>\n<li>All students who need meeting support must first contact the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bu.edu\/sao\/\">Student Activities Office<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Please note that fees will vary according to service.<\/p>\n<p>Contact us:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>After you have reserved the room\/location for the meeting\/event, please <a href=\"mailto:letshelp@bu.edu\">submit a request<\/a> that summarizes the date, time, and location with an approximate number of attendees.
