Curriculum Vitae<\/a><\/p>\n

I am in my fifth year as a PhD student at BU, having received my BA (2019) and MA (2021) in Classics at the universities of British Columbia and Alberta. My research interests are in the literary history of ancient philosophy, rhetoric, and early Christianity. At BU I have had the privilege of teaching Latin grammar, readings in Ovid, and a course on the history of ancient allegorical interpretation. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

My dissertation, a systematic comparison of the composition and reception-history of the Pauline letters and Epictetus\u2019\u00a0Dissertationes<\/i>, will offer a unique portrait of the literary conventions at the heart of Greek popular philosophy and at the origins of Christian homiletics.<\/span><\/p>\n

I currently live in Framingham, MA with my lovely wife and daughter.<\/span><\/p>\n
