His dissertation investigates Homer\u2019s influence on Xenophon\u2019s corpus, with focus on the\u00a0<i data-ogsc=\"\">Anabasis<\/i>,\u00a0<i data-ogsc=\"\">Memorabilia<\/i>\u00a0and\u00a0<i data-ogsc=\"\">Symposium<\/i>.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-ogsc=\"rgb(61, 74, 80)\"><span data-ogsc=\"\">Damon received his BA in political science from Middlebury College and a Master of Arts in Liberal Arts from the St. John\u2019s College Graduate Institute (Annapolis).
