{"id":8780,"date":"2021-07-09T09:58:38","date_gmt":"2021-07-09T13:58:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/classics\/?page_id=8780"},"modified":"2021-07-09T12:07:41","modified_gmt":"2021-07-09T16:07:41","slug":"res-difficiles","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/classics\/dei\/res-difficiles\/","title":{"rendered":"Res Difficiles"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>A Conference On Challenges and Pathways for Addressing Inequity In Classics<\/h3>\n<p><span>In the Spring of 2020, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bu.edu\/classics\/faculty-profiles\/hannah-culik-baird\/\">Hannah C\u030culi\u0301k-Baird<\/a> (Boston University) <\/span><span>and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.umw.edu\/directory\/employee\/joe-romero\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Joseph Romero<\/a> (University of Mary Washington) co-organized<\/span><span><em> Res Difficiles: A Conference On Challenges and Pathways for Addressing Inequity In Classics<\/em>, where panelists and <\/span><span>participants gather to discuss problems that face researchers and teachers of the ancient Mediterranean at all levels.
